The Blackwater soliders that killed innocent Iraqis have had their charges dropped due to a techincally in that the judge did not feel it was right to use statements taken under duress. Really! well what about the thousands of men and women in US detention centres everyday that have made confessions not under duress but under TORTURE day in and day out and will be executed once their trials have been concluded.
Do you think that the judge will rule that their charges should be dropped due to confessions given under tortue? I didn't think so.

There is one rule for Americans and another rule for everyone else. But who would every say that America was not a fair and just country? It's the fairest as they come.
